Wyoming Valley Children's Association (WVCA) is a local non-profit serving children and their families since 1924. Our primary mission is to provide early childhood education for children, age five or younger at our "Together We Grow" Preschool and therapeutic services for children who demonstrate developmental and physical disabilities.
