It's time to show your love for your favorite Wilkes-Barre and Surrounding Area School and Teacher!
Wilkes-Barre Macaroni Kid loves teachers and all that they do. We want to help thank them for their hard work & dedication. You can vote daily for your favorite school and teacher to win all the prizes below! Schools (both public and private) and teachers in the following districts and areas are eligible, Dallas Area, Hanover Area, Lake Lehman, Pittston Area, Wilkes-Barre Area, Wyoming Area, Wyoming Valley West.
The winning school will receive:
- $150 for school supplies sponsored by Jr. Fire Chief Brian Lyons Lemonade Stand!
- Faculty and Staff will enjoy wonderful dipped fruit platters of their choice sponsored by Edible Arrangements Wilkes-Barre!
- Students and faculty will enjoy a Balloon Show Assembly sponsored by Jubilee Balloons!
VOTE FOR YOUR FAVORITE TEACHER
You can also vote for one lucky teacher that has truly made a difference in your child's life. Vote for the teacher that has finally gotten your child to understand math, has gone the extra mile to help with a problem, has shown extra compassion, you get the idea. Tell us why you voted for them, and we'll anonymously share some of those comments with the teacher! Your winning teacher DOES NOT have to be from the winning school.
The winning teacher will receive:
- A wonderful dipped fruit platter of their choice courtesy of Edible Arrangements Wilkes-Barre!
- A basket full of school items such as markers, notebooks, glue sticks, tissues, paper towels, stickers, and MORE sponsored by Wyoming Valley Gymnastics!
The teacher with the second-highest number of votes will receive:
- A wonderful dipped fruit platter of their choice courtesy of Edible Arrangements Wilkes-Barre!
