🍋 Jr. Fire Chief Brian Lyons Lemonade Stand

Show some love to one of our "Gold Daisy School" sponsors!

September 30, 2019

A special thank you to Jr. Fire Chief Brian Lyons for donating $150 to the winning school in our 4th Annual Gold Daisy School Contest.

Brian Lyons is a 10-year-old little boy from Plymouth, PA.  He is a 5th-grade student at State Street Elementary School. Brian has a great love for everybody he meets, especially those who risk their lives every day to save others, such as a policeman or fireman. For many years, Brian has been going out of his way to do for others in and around his community. He started selling lemonade from a little stand and instead of keeping the money he made, he donated it to various places around the area. He has donated to our local fire department, The Wall That Heals, and 30 cases of water to local fire and police departments. He also managed to raise $10K to purchase a Jaws of Life rescue tool for the fire department! Brian wants to make sure people in and around his neighborhood are safe and taken care of. He never keeps a penny of what he makes with his lemonade sales. Brian has received recognition from legislation, councils, and media for all that he does.

Brian has autism but it has never ever stopped him from completing his goals, hopes, and dreams. He wants to raise money for a special needs accessible recreational center in Plymouth so children and teens of all ages can have someplace to go. Brian is just a little boy with a huge heart and big dreams. Someday, he would love to go on the Ellen Show to ask her for help with the rec center.
