Stop in or call III Guys 570-763-5242 to sign up to decorate and hand out treats by October 17th. Cars must be set up and ready to treat by 1:30, trick or treaters starting at 2. Bring your own candy, individually wrapped. Vehicle cannot be left unattended, someone must hand out the candy.
