Description

The City of Wilkes-Barre, Downtown Wilkes-Barre Business Association, and the Diamond City Partnership invite all ghouls and goblins to Trick or Treating in downtown Wilkes-Barre. Road closures from 12-4 pm. South Main St. between Northampton St. and Public Square. Public Square between South Main St. East Market St, and West Market St. Dance theater or Wilkes-Barre Halloween Performing at 1pm.
