Don Shappelle and the Pickups are a 4 piece folk rock band from northeast Pa. The group consists of Don Shappelle on 6&12 string acoustic and electric guitars and vocals, Barry Dervinis on accordion, keyboards and vocals, Don Sennett on bass and vocals, and Terry” Snake” Renninger on drums and percussion. The Pickups perform much original music, all written by Don Shappelle. A constant theme are songs about the Susquehanna River and the Chesapeake Bay and its many rivers and the people that inhabit this beautiful region of our country.
This event is free and open to the public.
