Are you looking for ways to help your kids burn off some extra energy while in this last month of summer? Children ages 8 and over can join Coach Andy Molick every Monday night in August for Youth Speed & Agility Training!
Classes begin Monday August 2nd and will run for 45 minutes. The sessions will focus on the basic fundamentals of correct running with a steady progression to more advanced.
Help You Child Develop:
- Overall Running Speed
- Acceleration
- Lateral and Linear Quickness
- Agility
- Overall Conditioning
This class will feature agility exercises including:
- Hurdles
- Cones
- Ladders
- Tennis Balls
- Resistance Run Training (as weeks progress)
- Friendly Competition with other Athletes
Coach Andy has over 20 year experience in personal training and coaching all ages and fitness levels. Coach specializes in Muscle Tone, Muscle Strength, Weight Loss, Core Conditioning, Injury Prevention, Increased Mobility and Nutritional Counseling with the following education and certifications in his field:
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University
- ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer
- NSPA (National Strength Professionals Association) Certified Conditioning Specialist
- CPR Certified (American Heart Association)
- Certified Speed and Agility Coach
- PNF Stretching Specialist
- Former NSPA lead proctor for aspiring Personal Trainers
