The picture with the most total votes by Thursday May 27th 2021 11:59 EST will win. Voters on this form will be entered to win a FREE mini photo session with this years BEST Spring Photographer. Winner will be chosen at random and announced Friday May 28th, 2021! Details of the Mini Photo Session offered will be provided to the Winning voter by the Winning Photographer.
