Macaroni Kid Wilkes-Barre has teamed up with the SPCA of Luzerne County to help these fur-babies find a fur-ever home.

Charlotte is a lovely sweet girl, just under two years old. She has lived with us at the SPCA for over one year. Charlotte spends her time in the community room with many other kitties.
