Summer break is over and the kids have already or will be headed back to school next week. But that doesn’t mean the fun has to stop! My family looks forward to back to school time because the Luzerne County Fair starts right after! Bringing entertainment for both the young and the young at heart, it is definitely a must visit for the entire family. Enjoy rides by SwlkaS Amusements (including a kiddie section), a petting zoo, 4-H and art exhibits, Human Cannonball & Daredevil Show, arts & crafts, great food, live entertainment and so much more!
The fair also features an antique tractor display, a farmer’s market, Barnyard Olympics, games, and a princess contest. Musical entertainment includes Rick K and the All Nighters, The Tommy Guns Band, and Teagan Marie. For a complete listing of shows and exhibits, please click HERE.
The 56th Annual Luzerne County Fair starts Wednesday, September 5th and runs through Sunday, September 9, 2018, on route 118W in Dallas, PA. Fair hours are Wednesday through Friday from 4pm-11pm, Saturday 11am-11:30 pm, and Sunday 11am-9:30 pm.

The fair offers low tickets prices with unlimited rides and entertainment along with free parking and shuttle service and is rain or shine.
- Wednesday, Sept 5, 2018 - $5 Admission For Everyone, 2 & Under Free.
- Thursday, Sept 6, 2018 - $5 Admission For 62 & Over and also 3-12 years of age, 2 & Under Free (Senior Citizen Day).
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Sept 7, 8 & 9 Admission $10, 2 & Under Free (Watch for Ways to save on these Days Also)

The Luzerne County Fair is a not for profit organization comprised of service-oriented clubs such as the Lions, Rotary, Kiwanis clubs and many more. The Luzerne County Fair is a community-based event that runs from September 5th to 9th 2018. This family-oriented fair offers many FREE daily shows, a large assortment of carnival rides, games, and all types of food along with many agricultural displays.
