November 16, 2017 (Wilkes-Barre, PA) – Small Business Saturday will once again equal big fun in downtown Wilkes-Barre!
The F.M. Kirby Center announced today the schedule of activities for its third annual Holiday Arts Market, which will be held on Saturday, November 25 from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
The afternoon will feature a screening of the classic holiday film, "Miracle on 34th Street [1947]," beginning at 2:00 p.m. Tickets are $3.
Back by popular demand, the holiday art market will once again feature local crafts handmade by local artists, including Art by Erin Jordan, Downtown Arts, Inspired Slacker Artworks, Knotty Nikki, Marie Glassware, Nancy Turner/Turnergraphics, and Wonderlust Artisan Soaps. Admission to the art market is FREE.
Other activities include an Ornament Making Station, a Coloring Table for the little ones, a 1:00 p.m. community theatre showcase of upcoming local holiday performances and a special Tree Lighting at 1:30 p.m. The tree lighting will be accompanied by a visit from Santa!
